Tristan Telford


Owner, Project Manager

Tristan is the founder and driving force behind Teton Metal Fabrication, with over a decade of hands-on experience in welding, fabrication, and structural steel. Before launching the company in 2020, he spent years managing large-scale projects and building a reputation for quality craftsmanship and reliability.


Teton Metal Fabrication was born from Tristan’s vision to deliver top-tier metalwork with a focus on precision, innovation, and local pride. Under his leadership, the company has quickly become a trusted name across Southeast Idaho, Western Wyoming, and beyond, known for structural steel, custom stairs and railings, and high-end fabrication services.


In addition to running the business, Tristan spent several years as a welding instructor, sharing his knowledge and instilling high standards in the next generation of tradespeople. This passion for mentorship continues to shape the company’s culture today.


When he's not in the shop or on a job site, Tristan enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors that inspired the company’s name and values.

Ashton Madsen


Estimator / Project Manager

Ashton began his career at Teton Metal Fabrication as a fabricator, where he built a strong foundation in craftsmanship, precision, and jobsite execution. He has since advanced into the role of Assistant Project Manager, where he now helps lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and communication are met at every stage. His hands-on experience in the shop and field allows him to bridge the gap between production and project management, bringing both technical knowledge and leadership to every project.


Outside of work, Ashton enjoys golfing, staying active at the gym, and working on trucks.

Payton Potter


Project Manager, Light Fabrication Division

Payton Potter leads the Light Fabrication Division at Teton Metal Fabrication, bringing over six years of welding experience and a sharp eye for detail to every project. As one of the company’s original team members, Payton has been instrumental in delivering the high-quality, custom metalwork TMF is known for.


Clients appreciate Payton’s clear communication, reliability, and commitment to doing things right the first time. Whether guiding a project through design, fabrication, or installation, he works closely with customers to ensure their vision is executed with precision and care.


Outside the shop, Payton is a devoted horseman and cattleman who enjoys farming and ranching—values that reflect his hardworking, down-to-earth approach in everything he does.

Nevaeh Webb


Office Admin

Nevaeh Webb serves as the Office Administrator at Teton Metal Fabrication. She plays an important role in keeping operations organized by managing office information and project documentation. Nevaeh ensures that welders and fabricators have the up-to-date plans, details, and information they need to keep projects moving efficiently. She enjoys both the work itself and the positive team environment at the shop. 


Outside of work, Nevaeh enjoys fishing and camping.

Stetson Rowe


Project Foreman

Stetson began his welding career in high school and has remained dedicated to the trade ever since, building over five years of hands-on experience in local fabrication shops. Now serving as Lead Foreman, he plays a critical role in guiding projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality standards, efficiency, and timelines are consistently met. His strong technical background, leadership skills, and commitment to craftsmanship make him a key part of the team’s success.


Stetson takes pride in turning plans into finished builds and continues to enjoy time behind the welding hood, where precision and execution come together. Outside of work, you’ll find him in the mountains—snowmobiling, dirt biking, or spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Cody Hammer

Cody Hammer


Project Foreman

Cody Hammer serves as a Field Crew Foreman, where he leads on-site operations and ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. With a hands-on leadership style, Cody enjoys working alongside his crew, solving challenges in real time, and guiding projects from start to finish. He takes pride in seeing each build come together in the field, knowing his leadership and craftsmanship play a key role in every successful installation.


Cody brings a strong background in construction, with three years of industry experience and a welding foundation that began in high school. He specializes in structural steel installation and fabrication, giving him the skills and knowledge needed to keep complex projects moving smoothly in the field. Known for his strong work ethic and reliability, Cody brings consistency and accountability to every jobsite.


Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time horseback riding.

Peace Belfield

Peace Belfield


Shop Foreman

Peace Belfield serves as Shop Foreman at Teton Metal Fabrication, where she oversees daily shop operations while continuing to contribute as a welder and fabricator. Peace leads the team with a hands-on approach, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Welding Technology from the College of Southern Idaho and brings over four years of welding experience to her role, combining technical knowledge with strong leadership in the shop.


Peace takes pride in maintaining an organized, productive environment and enjoys working alongside a team of dedicated professionals who share a commitment to craftsmanship. Outside of work, she enjoys dirt biking, hiking, and playing hockey.

Zach Jensen


Welder/Fabricator

Zach brings nearly five years of industry experience to the team, having built his foundation as a fabricator before advancing into the role of Shop Foreman. His hands-on background in welding and fabrication gives him a strong understanding of both production and leadership, allowing him to effectively oversee shop operations, workflow, and quality standards. Zach takes pride in guiding projects from the first cut to final completion, ensuring every detail meets the team’s expectations for craftsmanship and precision.


As Shop Foreman, he leads by example and values teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Outside of work, you’ll find him outdoors—hunting, fishing, or riding dirt bikes.

Field Welder / Fabricator

Max began welding in high school and has been steadily developing his skills ever since, gaining valuable experience across a variety of environments, including time spent working in municipal operations. His background has given him a strong foundation in quality workmanship, safety, and reliability. Max takes pride in watching projects come together from start to finish, knowing that his craftsmanship plays an important role in the final result and long-term performance of every build.


Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, Max is a dependable part of the team who brings consistency and professionalism to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.

Jeff Taylor and his partner

Jeff Taylor


Shop Welder / Fabricator

Jeff Taylor has been part of the Teton Metal Fabrication team for the past six months and works as a welder and fabricator in the shop, helping ensure projects are built and prepared for installation in the field. Originally from Idaho Falls, Jeff began welding in 2015 and has also spent time working in framing, giving him a solid background in construction and structural work. His main skills include welding, fabrication, and structural steel, and he especially enjoys building handrails.


Outside of work, Jeff enjoys music, playing instruments, and cooking.

Assistant Project Manager

Shelby plays a vital role on our team as she supports the coordination and execution of custom metalwork projects from initial planning through final completion. With a sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills, she helps ensure that daily operations run seamlessly—managing schedules, tracking project milestones, and keeping everything on track to meet deadlines. Outside of work, Shelby is a proud mother of two and an avid outdoors enthusiast. Whether she’s hiking through the mountains or spending time hunting, she brings the same dedication, focus, and determination from her personal life to every project she supports.

Parker Lee

Parker Lee


Field Welder / Fabricator

Parker Lee brings six years of welding experience to Teton Metal Fabrication, specializing in both fabrication and field installation. In his role as a Welder, he installs and welds a wide range of projects—from handrails and custom features to large-scale structural steel—ensuring every job is completed with precision, strength, and reliability. Parker is known for his versatility, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt to the demands of both shop and field environments.


He especially enjoys working on-site, where hands-on problem-solving and real-world application are part of every project. Outside of work, Parker spends his time hunting, fishing, building guns, welding personal projects, and riding his motorcycle.

Klayton Voss

Klayton Voss


Field Welder / Fabricator

Klayton Voss is a dedicated member of the fabrication team, bringing a strong work ethic, hands-on skill, and attention to detail to every project. As a valued part of the crew, he contributes to both shop fabrication and field support, helping ensure each build meets quality standards and project expectations. Klayton takes pride in being part of the process from start to finish and in delivering work that reflects craftsmanship, reliability, and precision.


Known for his consistency and positive attitude, Klayton is a dependable part of the team who supports smooth operations and successful project outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and making the most of his time with friends and family.

Brady Williams


Field Welder / Fabricator

Brady Williams serves as a Field Welder/Fabricator at Teton Metal Fabrication, where he works on welding, fabrication, steel erection, and project installation in the field. With two years of experience as an ironworker and one year in framing, Brady brings a strong construction background and valuable field knowledge to the team. He specializes in welding and field work and especially enjoys working on structural steel projects.



Brady appreciates the great work environment at TMF, the people he works alongside, and the high standards of quality the team takes pride in maintaining. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time around horses.

Hayden Telford


Shop Fabricator

Hayden Telford works as a Shop Fabricator at Teton Metal Fabrication, where he prepares and cuts materials for a wide variety of projects to keep production running smoothly. He specializes in fabrication and takes pride in supporting the team however he can to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. Hayden enjoys the variety of work that comes through the shop and the opportunity to be part of building many different types of projects.

Welder, Fabricator

Dallas has spent the last few years working on a local ranch fabricating equipment to keep the ranch running efficiently. He has since started at TMF becoming a key member of the team. As a fabricator, he enjoys hanging steel and laying down quality welds. Outside of work, Dallas enjoys spending time outdoors either working cattle, riding dirt bikes, or hunting.
