Tristan is the founder of Teton Metal Fabrication, with over a decade of experience in welding, fabrication, and structural steel. Since launching the company in 2020, he has built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and custom metalwork.He also spent time as a welding instructor and continues to value mentorship and high standards. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family and the outdoors.

Ashton Madsen
ESTIMATOR • PROJECT MANAGER
Ashton started at Teton Metal Fabrication as a fabricator, building a strong foundation in craftsmanship and precision. He now serves as Assistant Project Manager, helping oversee projects from planning to completion while ensuring quality, timelines, and communication stay on track.His hands-on experience in the shop and field allows him to connect production with project management. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, going to the gym, and working on trucks.

Nevaeh Webb
OFFICE ADMIN
Nevaeh Webb serves as the Office Administrator at Teton Metal Fabrication. She plays an important role in keeping operations organized by managing office information and project documentation. Nevaeh ensures that welders and fabricators have the up-to-date plans, details, and information they need to keep projects moving efficiently. She enjoys both the work itself and the positive team environment at the shop.Outside of work, Nevaeh enjoys fishing and camping.

Payton Potter leads the Light Fabrication Division at Teton Metal Fabrication, bringing over six years of welding experience and a strong attention to detail. As one of the original team members, he has played a key role in delivering high-quality custom metalwork.Known for clear communication and reliability, Payton works closely with clients to ensure each project is completed with precision. Outside of work, he enjoys farming, ranching, and working with horses.

Stetson began welding in high school and has built over five years of hands-on experience in fabrication shops. Now serving as Lead Foreman, he oversees projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timelines are met.

Cody Hammer is a Field Crew Foreman who leads on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. With a background in construction and welding, he specializes in structural steel installation and fabrication.
Known for his strong work ethic and hands-on leadership, Cody keeps projects running smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and horseback riding.

Peace Belfield
SHOP FORMAN
Peace Belfield is the Shop Foreman at Teton Metal Fabrication, overseeing daily operations while working as a welder and fabricator. With an Associate’s Degree in Welding Technology and over four years of experience, she combines technical skill with hands-on leadership to keep projects running efficiently and up to high standards.
She takes pride in maintaining an organized, productive shop environment. Outside of work, she enjoys dirt biking, hiking, and playing hockey.

Gideon Davis
RESIDENTIAL FOREMAN
Gideon Davis is the Residential Foreman at Teton Metal Fabrication, leading the residential crew in building custom railings and decorative metalwork. He began his career in the welding industry as a shop hand and worked his way up into a leadership role through hard work and hands-on experience.

Zach brings nearly five years of welding and fabrication experience to the team, contributing to both shop production and project preparation. As a Welder/Fabricator, he helps ensure each project meets high standards for quality, precision, and durability.
Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, Zach takes pride in seeing projects come together from start to finish. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding dirt bikes.

FEILD WELDER • FABRICATOR
Max began welding in high school and has continued building his skills through hands-on experience in a variety of settings, including municipal operations. This background has given him a strong foundation in workmanship, safety, and reliability.
As part of the team, Max takes pride in contributing to projects from start to finish, ensuring each build meets standards for quality and long-term performance. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.

Jeff Taylor
WELDER • FABRICATOR
Jeff Taylor has been with Teton Metal Fabrication for the past six months, working as a welder and fabricator in the shop. He helps build and prepare projects for installation, with a strong focus on welding, fabrication, and structural steel—especially handrails.
Originally from Idaho Falls, Jeff began welding in 2015 and also has a background in framing, giving him solid construction experience. Outside of work, he enjoys music, playing instruments, and cooking.

FIELD WELDER • FABRICATOR
Parker Lee brings six years of welding experience to Teton Metal Fabrication, specializing in both fabrication and field installation. As a Welder, he works on projects ranging from handrails and custom features to structural steel, ensuring each job is completed with precision, strength, and reliability.
Known for his versatility and strong work ethic, Parker thrives in both shop and field environments. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, building guns, welding personal projects, and riding his motorcycle.

Brady Williams
FIELD WELDER • FABRICATOR
Brady Williams is a Field Welder/Fabricator at Teton Metal Fabrication, working in welding, fabrication, steel erection, and project installation. With two years of ironworking experience and one year in framing, he brings a strong construction background and field expertise, specializing in structural steel projects.
Brady values the team environment at TMF and the company’s commitment to quality craftsmanship. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time around horses.

Brandon Coleman
WELDER • FABRICATOR
Brandon Coleman brings a strong background in manufacturing and production to the team. Originally from Seattle, Brandon has experience ranging from trailer fabrication and heavy equipment repair to custom metalwork, giving him a versatile skill set and practical problem-solving approach in the shop.
Known for his reliability and attention to detail, Brandon takes pride in building durable, high-quality work that’s made to perform. Before entering the fabrication industry, he served as a K9 handler in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed the discipline and work ethic he brings to every project today.

Connor Leavitt
WELDER • FABRICATOR
Connor Leavitt is a Welder/Fabricator at Teton Metal Fabrication, originally from Nampa, Idaho. After graduating from a high school welding program, he went straight into the industry, assisting with custom fabrication and project installations.
Connor is bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoys spending time outdoors outside of work.
