Tristan Telford

Owner, Project Manager

Tristan is the founder and driving force behind Teton Metal Fabrication, with over a decade of hands-on experience in welding, fabrication, and structural steel. Before launching the company in 2020, he spent years managing large-scale projects and building a reputation for quality craftsmanship and reliability.

Teton Metal Fabrication was born from Tristan’s vision to deliver top-tier metalwork with a focus on precision, innovation, and local pride. Under his leadership, the company has quickly become a trusted name across Southeast Idaho, Western Wyoming, and beyond, known for structural steel, custom stairs and railings, and high-end fabrication services.

In addition to running the business, Tristan spent several years as a welding instructor, sharing his knowledge and instilling high standards in the next generation of tradespeople. This passion for mentorship continues to shape the company’s culture today.

When he's not in the shop or on a job site, Tristan enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors that inspired the company’s name and values.
